Users must provide accurate and complete information for project requirements and cooperate timely with OliveOrbit to ensure the delivery of services. Users are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content and data provided for the project.


5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. OliveOrbit may offer both fixed-rate and hourly billing options.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice to OlliveOrbit. If cancellation occurs before project commencement, the client may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payment. If cancellation happens after work has started, the client will be billed for the hours worked or project milestones completed, as applicable.

Subscription Pauses: If a client chooses to pause a subscription, no refund will be available for the current billing cycle. The subscription can be resumed at any time, subject to the terms in effect at the time of resumption.

Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any upfront payment may be partially refunded after deducting the costs for the hours worked or milestones achieved. No refunds will be provided for completed projects or services.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

OliveOrbit retains all rights to its intellectual property, tools, and methodologies used in the delivery of services. The client will own the final product, including source code, designs, and documentation, upon full payment of the project fee.


8. Limitation of Liability

OliveOrbit will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
